They seem to have a podcast for everyone these days, such as this one for Raw Vegan Radio.
Miami Vegan has a brief interview with vegan cookbook author Sarah Kramer.

Oddly enough $7 a day is what I budget for Food, I am veggie of course, been mostly vegan for decades. Tho I don’t always eat 100% organic. It actually is a bit hard to keep it under $7/day per person. tho in hard times I can reduce it to only a couple of dollars a day, beans and rice and oatmeal and sprouts i grow myself and so on. haha. Anyway in the link above while stressing organic is not a vegetarian diet plan! regardless tho thanks

True, I should have pointed out that the $7/day diet isn’t vegetarian. I still think it contains plenty of useful information for veg*ns looking to eat organic for cheap, though.

I wonder how cheaply I could eat a similar diet here in Zurich - everything is so ridiculously expensive…
