Thanks for the okra recipes; that’s great to have. There are two vegetables I can never seem to get right, and okra is one of them (beets is the other), so this will come in handy as I try, try, try again.

Okra can be a little tricky because of the slime factor - it is definitely useful to have a recipe as a guide if you’re not used to preparing them. I hope one of these works out! Also, FatFree Vegan has a great recipe for roasted okra: http://blog.fatfreevegan.com/2006/08/roasted-okra.html
