- Zurich’s most famous vegetarian restaurant, Hiltl, has some of the best advertising campaigns I’ve ever seen. Check out one of their commercials here.
- In case you missed it, there was a soy yogurt recall issued a couple weeks ago in the US.
- The Lazy Vegan Blog offers up some strategies for easing into part-time vegetarianism, for those who know they should cut back on the meat but aren’t sure how.
- High-fat meals can negate the health benefits of fruits and veggies.

I wish that there were more discussion of being a “part-time vegetarian”, or even just reducing meat in people’s diets. Perhaps this blog is not the place, but I think it is unfortunate that “vegetarianism” ends up being all or nothing. If people considered not having meat as an option, just like they consider eating fish an option then it would be more approachable.

Ward, if you ever stop back to read this ;-), please do stop on by my blog. “Part time vegetarianism” is exactly what I talk about (among other things to discourage the “all or nothing” atmosphere between camps), and I encourage comments and discussion, too.
