Here’s an article that bemoans the preachiness of vegetarian restaurants, claiming it’s a big turn-off for those who might like to try a meatless meal or two. I’ve been to many, many vegetarian restaurants over the years, and I can’t once remember noticing the least bit of “moral baggage” (as the author calls it). Maybe it’s a California thing?
