Vegetarian Carnival - Edition #1

Let’s start with the mouth-watering vegetarian recipes that were submitted. Expat Chef presents not one but three vegetable-based recipes inspired by a trip to the farmers’ market, posted at The Expatriate’s Kitchen. Stephanie shows us how to make Curried Chickpeas over at Stop the Ride!.

Amanda presents Creamy Asparagus Soup, or, A Perfect Sunday posted at Eat… and Be Merry. If you own a pressure cooker, check out Mitchell Surface’s recipe for Quick Hoppin’ John, at Surface Tensions. Christopher Howse invites us to meet The Tofu Monster at SoVeg.
