Yup - it’s very open, as long as the post is either about vegetarianism or of interest to vegetarians - recipes, personal stories, restaurant reviews, food reviews, etc. See some of the past editions for an idea of what gets included (click the ‘Vegetarian Carnival’ link above and scroll down to see a list of past editions).

Hey Jul, I wanted to add a post of mine to the carnival but Blog Carnival keeps telling me that my blog doesn’t exist. LOL So I thought I’d leave you a comment and hope it could get in. :)

Hi! I’m just dropping by to let you know about my own food blogging event, called “A Vegetarian Feast.” The first round is thanksgiving themed, but broadly it can include any vegetarian dishes that use fall ingredients or make you think of Thanksgiving. I’ll be sure to submit one of my entries to the blog carnival, and if you’ve got time perhaps we could trade!
