Vegetarian Carnival #15
Welcome to the April 2, 2008, edition of the vegetarian carnival. Without further ado, I give you my five favorite entries from this carnival:

The Red Bean Dip Sounds good. I would use nutritional yeast instead of Parmesean, though.

I love that you have these Vegetarian carnivals. I find so many great posts and blogs I never knew existed on them.
And why haven’t I submitted my own blog? Erm, you know, that’s a really good question and I have no idea why on earth, oh, look at that . . .

Hope it suggests a bit of the giddiness and optimism that most vegans feel…yes, even with the atrocities and the destruction, I am overflowing with optimism and enthusiasm.
Am I in the vegan minority on that point of view, or is it shared? :O)
