Smart seniors eat their veggies
Eating more vegetables, especially leafy greens, is a great way to keep yourself mentally fit into old age.
A six-year study of almost 2000 people over 65 found those who ate the most vegetables displayed 40 per cent less mental decline and in mental function tests they rated at levels expected of people five years younger.
