Reminder - Vegetarian Carnival coming up

Tomorrow is the submission deadline to have your post included in Monday’s Vegetarian Carnival. Submissions can be made here.

I have actually already received a heap of entries for this carnival - so many that I’m considering changing the format of the carnival a bit. Perhaps in the future I’ll limit the carnival post to my 10 favorite entries, or something to that effect. What do you think?
