Powdered coffee mixes - just say no
So remember how I’m trying to clean out the pantry? After I ran out of real coffee, I re-discovered these two packets of instant coffee beverages on a shelf. I was given them as part of a free promotion a little while ago. Finding it hard to say no to free stuff, I kept them. Until now.
I should have known better, but I gave the cappuccino one a try. Not particularly tasty, plus I found the instant foam somewhat disturbing. How did it get there? What chemicals were necessary to make it appear?
Given the long list of ingredients on the package, I’m better off without instant cappuccino in my diet, anyway. Good thing I didn’t like it. :)
