Happy Veggie Halloween!

Reading various stories and blog posts about Halloween, I’m starting to wish I was in the US to celebrate it this year (alas, pumpkin carving and trick-or-treating are just not popular activities in Switzerland). Here are just a few of the web sites showing us how Halloween can be fun for the whole vegetarian family:

• Jackie and Candi have each assembled a list of scrumptious-sounding pumpkin recipes for the occasion. I can’t wait to try the Japanese pumpkin salad!
• This article suggests making a game out of sorting candy after trick-or-treating. It also offers a handy list of vegan candies.
