A good friend’s birthday happens to coincide with St. Patrick’s Day, and we celebrated with an Irish-themed party full of vegetarian delicacies (none of which I thought to photograph, unfortunately). The Scots love haggis. So proud they are of this national dish (usually made with sheep innards), they want to make sure that everyone gets a chance to take part - even vegetarians. I’ve been served vegetarian haggis twice now (most recently at a very fun Burns Night), and I’ve never even been to Scotland.
